Error Message: 'No VE.Bus product was found' Error: mk2vsc-33 and then Error: 1391

having major issues trying to update my multiplus 122/3000/120.

im getting an error No VE.Bus product was found' Error: mk2vsc-33 and then i get error 1391.

At which point do you get that error? Can you make a screenshot?
Is the connected and switched on?
Last connection 2022-01-22 20:41:52 - is that your local time?
Normally "Last connection" should be "one minute ago" or something like that.

I would always recommend to do the update locally with a MK3 interface.

i dont have an mk3 and im going away in 5 hours.

I just need to update the mulitplus so i can use it. ive been trying to do the update on the vrm portal

I don't know what that "boot mode" means.

Do you got that same error since the first try or did you start the update at one moment?

Do you have physical access to the system? Is the MultiPlus still running or is it off and wont turn on?

Maybe it is suck now. In that case the only way is an update via MK 3 Interface.
