I purchased a Touch 50 display on Nov 1, 2020 from Amazon. Yesterday it developed a glitch in the display. There is a horizontal line of pixels that remains on (white color) no matter what is being displayed. How long is the warranty and will Victron replace my unit? Appreciate the help!
for support it is best to contact your supplier, after you have checked your setup, for a return / replacement.
This is a victron forum as such it is not a direct line to victron it is a community driven forum.
I had the same issue and sent it back to the supplier. They replaced it no questions.
