Digital input pulse counter - unit of measurement (volume unit) issue

I have 2 digital input pulse counters set up for a water meter in liters and second one for a gas meter in cubic meters.

each time i try to change the unit of measurement on one digital input it changes on the second one as well.

so i have 2 digital inputs with the same unit of measurements, either liters or cubic meters.

is this a bug?

I've tried on my system and I can confirm is doing the same.

Changing either of the inputs' unit of measure it will change the other the same way.
