VE.Bus Error 11 0x800804

I was configuring my Multiplus II 48/5000VA and once I loaded the VEConfigure and it restarted I started getting this error (so Multiplus is at “Fault” state).

I have looked at the ve.bus_error_codes and it seems like an installation error or possibly relay failure. I have checked my ground with the same box of the Multiplus and it seems fine, and with multimeter it seems I am getting my 230V correctly at the connection. Is there a place where I can find the exact error with the six-digit number? It says it contains all the details but where can I find them?

I am having the exact same issue and error. What was the outcome on your unit?
