Impossible d'utiliser un "assistant" ou "Virtual switch"

Bonjour à tous,

J'ai un Quattro 48/8000 qui fonctionne sans AC1, quand la batterie est vide je switch manuellement sur le réseau car je n'ai pas réussi à trouver une solution à mon problème, le Quattro a un vieux microprocesseur 1954142 mise à jour à son maximum version 209.

Sur VE-Configure 3 j'ai testé l'assistant Hub-2 v2 assistant mais j'ai un message: "Self-consumption Hub-2 v2 (deprecated, for xxyy2zz firmware); This assistant can only be used in a device with 26xxyyy/27xxyyy revision 205 or higher".

J'ai aussi testé “Virtual switch” mais nouveau message "the firmware in the divice does not support 'Virtual switch'_"

Quelqu'un a déjà eu ce problème sur un vieux Quattro, comment cela peux être résolu?

bonjour

c'est normal, sur ces unités, les firmwares en 2xx n'ont que les assistant, les firmwares en 1xx que le virtual switch.

19xx se sont les anciens processeurs qui sont trop "faible" pour faire tourner les hubs et l'ess.

Je comprends bien que c'est mort pour les hubs et l'ess.

Comment faisait les anciens utilisateur pour avoir une aide du réseau en dessous d'un SOC Batterie? (l'onduleur n'a que 10 ans)...

Bonjour Thierry, vous avez trouvé mon pb merci beaucoup, firmware 209 pas pour mon Quattro, ça va mieux avec le 160, il reste plus qu'a affiner les Virtual Swithes, merci beaucoup!
