GX Tank 140 missing in Device List (Cerbo GX OS 3.12)

I purchased and received today a brand new GX Tank 140 (serial HQ2233MJAFG)

First time I'm trying to play with this device and I thought it would be straight forward...


I connect in first or second USB port of the Cerbo GX.

I go to Settings/I/O/Analog Inputs, found the 4x GX Tank inputs and enable those.

Then I was expecting to see the 4x new GX tanks in the Devices but unfortunately they don't show up.

I made a complet factory reset of the Cerbo (GuiMods and other customisation were installed), but no behaviour changes.

I have tried various Venus OS version (2.73, 2.91, 3.11, 3.12, beta 3.20): same issue

I have tried both Normal and large images: same problem

I have tried another Cerbo GX: same story.

Of course many reboots, including cold boots.


I have hard time to believe this is a failed GX Tank, it looks like more a SW/Configuration issue but I'm stuck?

Also I found strange that I have exact GXTank 140 serial number!!!???
