Phase shifting with Quattros and grid inverters

I do experience PHASE ROTATION alarms in a hybrid system with generators, Quattros in 3~ configuration and grid feed inverters SMA STP** after sunrise and before sunset. The generator is not connected during that time. Local / regional VE people are clueless, anybody with similar experiences?
