I have a new install on a boat with a Multiplus 2 w/ Lynx shunt and Distribution, Cerbo GX, Smart MPPT150/60, smart MPPT 100/20, 600ah 48v LiFePO4 bank.

I'm not getting shore power input to activate charger.

Verified 126v at dock, boat, breaker and at charger. Ve.config shows mains in 126v and Hz although they are red. Charger is activated and settings are changed for the battery specs.

I've attached screen shots If anyone has a suggestion that would be great. I mainly need to bring the bank into absorption as we're a cruising boat that's off the dock for the majority of its life. Just finished an electric re-power and want the bank to be completely charged for SOC and time remaining figures to show up.

Well, it turned out to be the firmware. Once I updated it to 472 everything worked just fine..

You might take a look at the Grid tab and see if the incoming voltage is beyond the limits set there.

Also, if the voltage and/or frequency are not stable then the Multi may not be able to lock onto it.
