I have a Victron Phoenix Multiplus 12/2000/80 (1871148.HEX) with a external Multicontrol panel (the older analogue version). The Multiplus only has one communication port. I am trying to connect the MK3-USB, but am unable to connect via Victron Connect (I had to set the DIP Sw differently so the Multiplus does not turn off as soon as I disconnect the panel). Do I need to run an older version of the software to make this work?
I have also bought the Victron VE Bus Smart dongle, but have not yet tried to connect this as I would like to configure for new batteries first - how do I run this together with the panel when there is only one communication port?
