Continuous power on a 1200 VA phenix inverter is 1000 watts. It is quite possible you are overloading the inverter. Can I just ask, what "fuse breaker" trips? on the DC side or AC side. Unless i am missing something i do not think you should be burning a 150Amp DC fuse. you should only be pulling 80-90 Amps. Might be worth taking some current and voltage readings under load.
