MPPT voltage during Dark hours.

How is it possible to have voltages from the panels, it's pitch blank outside, not even the moon is on the sky.

Not sure, but a good test would be to cover your panels with an opaque covering while it’s reading that positive voltage… if it drops to zero, you’re picking up something! If not, it may be just the allowable variance in the sensor. 0.11v is pretty minuscule.
