What phoenix do you have? Is it new or old? Batteries?

If it is older maybe some dust in there? Or your battery is not well or charged?

Much more info is required - like you dont even say what model you have or anything really, So what is connected, what is the load when it shuts down, maybe even a diagram and some photos would also be of help
