12.6v would be ok for a battery that was fully charged a couple of days ago...

What sort of load do you want to run from your mystery battery??

"mystery battery" :o) :o) :o)

A slow flashing red LED could also mean high DC-ripple on these models.

Maybe DC wires undersized?

Would you like to explain what is wrong with a 3s lion battery?

Nothing is wrong with 3s li Ion batteries in general.

But they might have too little V, for a 12V system.

= mystery battery (= unusable battery)....

Failure to read the manual is factually a waste of everyone's time.

Sorry OP, you bought a co$tly brick.

I want to charge my laptop, 90w max says the charger.

My battery is a 3s li ion battery with max current 12.6 v. So it IS within the current range of thé inverter right ?

3s li ion is 10.8V nominal. That's too low.
