I have a Cerbo GX that I want to connect to a large touchscreen monitor. Research in this community suggests a generic monitor is possible in RPI, but can’t find info for the Cerbo GX. The monitor displays the GX data and menu, but the touch part does not work. Does anyone have way to recalibrate the new screen for use in the Cerbo?

This answer is correct, the Cerbo GX does not support any other touch screens than the GX touch.

It is possible to use USB accessories like a keyboard though.

Yes, there is a touchscreen calibration utility, you can install it and calibrate the bigger touchscreen. You can have only one at a time connected, the Cerbo has only one HDMI output, and you need a USB data connection to the cerbo for the touch interface, the USB power port for the factory screen is not sufficient for this.
The calibration tool requires command line interactions, you need to boot the cerbo into the shell without a GUI and run the utility, then remove the headless file again and reboot back into the Gui. You need a keyboard connected via USB to the Cerbo to do this. Y
