Off grid Quattro shuts down when Fronius stops due battery state 100%

whatsapp-image-2021-05-28-at-163003.jpegwhatsapp-image-2021-05-28-at-152435.jpegNew system with Quattro 8000, Primo 6.0 on ac out. When SOC reaches 100% and the fronius shuts down the quattro stops completly. All lights are off and no output. VE communications still works. Restart needed manual from the quattro and same happends when power comes back to the Fronius. Also strange that the loads are the same as the fronius output, but no loads are connected at all!

@peterwolff

Is there a particular reason why you are not using pv assistant rather than hub 1?

I think then the battery is shutting down which is making the entire system shutdown.

You may need to dummy the system to handle the pv overshoot. Set your charge voltage a bit lower on the battery bank.

What size is the battery bank?

We still got some issue with this setup, as we lowered the charging voltage with 0,5V the batteries do not show 100% anymore and slowly lower day after day. Ending in 70% max charge (BMS telling that). That means we only have 40% untill generator kicks in (at 30%). As this system has also DC Coupled PV i need to login in, raise the solarcharger voltage for short time to get voltage up to 56,2V and then lower it again. The ac coupled part is causing the issue when we use the recomended settings from the battery manufacturer. Should i leave the DC charger at the higher volage (meaning cancel extern control of it) and the ac coupled at the lower voltage?
