Inverter has alternating blinking red/green dioded at slow speed, and now power output. VE Direct sees no issues with product, nor any notification in VRM. Firmware update says updated to latest version v1.17.
Tried several times to reinstall firmware, but error 1391 is shown.
Any ideas? Thanks!
If you had updated it then you will need to now reprogram it for your batteries and other settings. A firmware update always clears previous settings.
It is most likely fine firmware wise. And the installation connection was busy either from the vrm side or your GX device was trying to upload data and was keeping its own connection busy.
