Cant log onto the VRM portal on my iphone 12

I can not log onto my VRM portal through my iphone 12 mini. I put in my login details and it does nothing. I have un-installed and re-installed the app and changed the password and still nothing.


Kindly advice if it is just me or if this is a general issue?

Hi Wayne, you could try directly login in at : http://vrm.victronenergy.com instead of doing it through the app.

Hi!

There are no known problems, and I just checked on an Iphone 12 over here and it worked correctly.


Can you try what @MichelG suggested and login directly through the browser?
