Adhesive to mount Smart Battery Sense?

I have replaced the battery the Smartsense is mounted on. What adhesive is appropriate to use to mount it on the new battery without impacting its function?

It should be as thin as possible to provide a good temperature transfer to the sensor.
There is also adhesive thermal compound available.

Thanks, I figured that was the case, so I’m looking for recommendations of specific adhesives that would be suitable and are readily available

I have used Nitto No. 512 for similar applications, it's 0.15mm thick and has good adhesion strength; although you might just be best to see what's available at your local hardware supplier first.
