Are there different requirements, in different countries, for becoming an authorized Victron installer?
Is it done on a case by case basis, or is there a specific set of requirements?

As Matthias say please contact Victron and they will help you and explain whats required.
as a example there are Victron Training courses that you must attend and they are run in assorted countries on a regular basis. so Please contact Victron as advised for more details.

I guess you have to proof that you are a qualified electrician and maybe that you have already installed successfully a few Victron systems.
And I think you have to attend to some Victron trainings.
