I have the multi 3000 with a smart dongle, smart solar 100/50 mppt, 1000amp smart shunt, and 420ah of safari ut 1300 lithium’s. Up top I have 4 200w panels wired in series parallel dumping 45ish volts and 25ish amps into the mppt, but coming out to the batteries at the terminals on the mppt, it’s on 8ish amps. Not sure if my setting are off? I’ve googled until my fingers are raw.

4 panels in series with 45Voc each will or already have killed your MPPT.
Your MPPT can only handle 100V from PV.
