Not getting any reading on bmv 712

I have my BMV 712 hooked up and it is showing 13.04 volts but the amps, watts, and AH are all displaying 0.00. The %says 100 and inf hours. Any thoughts?

In most cases there is a wiring issue.
Can you make some pictures and/or a wiring diagram how you wired the shunt?

thanks here’s a pic that I took earlier when I was in the RV I can take more tomorrow if this does not show what you need . Or, answer questions about it thanks

What is that blue device on the left? A few more pictures would be helpful.

At the moment the BMV can only measure the current going to/coming from the blue device.
