We installed a Multiplus Compact 12/1200 inverter and 3 x Victron Lithium 12.8/90Ah batteries for our customer Mr Rowe in 2016, and they have worked well since then, until recently when the output feed from the Multplus was connected to a large load by another contractor by mistake. The system tripped the overload on the Multiplus, but after that has been reset the system will stll not charge correctly. Could it be damaged internally, and what checks can we perform, without invalidating the warranty? The system has online monitoring.
