VRM New Remote Console Color Control GX not working

Dear community, good afternoon

Today I logged in to the VRM portal. The new version looks really good.

I noticed one strange thing. Remote Console feature of the Color Control GX stopped working. I can´t access it.

This happened when the VRM portal was updated.

Any clues?

Do yo mean a power cycling the Color Control GX?

Could this be related to the VRM Portal update?. Has anyone reported similar issue?

Hi, take a look at the "learn more" link. I have no problem connecting remotely to the Remote Console. Like Windows, first step is to reboot the Cerbox GX, and flush the internet explorer cache.

Yes!

On the CCGX go into settings> down to VRM online portal > then down to 'VRM two way communication.

If two way communication is set to off then switch it on and that should fix it. If however it is already on then switch it off reboot the CCGX and once it has rebooted switch it back on again
and with any luck that should fix it.

The Remote Console was already enabled and working. I will follow these steps and see if it starts working again.
