Rapberry pi with Venus OS and EasySolar II possible?

If I understand correctly, there can only be one GX device in the system. Is it possible to use a Raspberry pi as a display device only when using it with either an EasySolar-II? If not, would there be any other way to use a touchscreen display with the EasySolar-II?
