fronius and victron communication in offline installation

Hi im installing a new installation with two 15kW quatttro's and two 8.2kW Fronius Primos all on a single phase, the system has a colour control but there is no internet connection at the site yet can i get the information from the primos onto the colour control without internet? thanks

Yes, but be aware, that you have to set manual IP addresses to the devices, in case (linklocal address) communication does not work.
