the system we have on board of a sailing yacht consists of a the MulitPlus, a ColorControl GX, a solor charger MPPT and the Lynx Ion BMS. All members on board are new to the yacht and its technology.
We are just on board and trying to manage the electricity.
Currently the system is not charging the 24 V LIthium batteries connected to the Lynx Ion. A reset and reboot of the Lynx Ion connected with 24 V LIthium batteries end in the error massage with two beeps (Battery communication error). We checked the connection to the LIthium Batteries by reconnecting all plugs, etc. (We just have a simple Voltmeter on Board). We switched off the Lynx an checked all fuses. They seem to be ok. Currently measuring the Voltage of the LIthium gives us a value of 5.8 V instead of 24.
The color control system shows the lynx, but with the information "No batteries connected".
Any idea how we can "refind" and "recharge" the batteries??
