Anyone got that error? i had to replace my system...

Error Failed swapping Color Control GX. Is it already transferred?



Replace the GX device of this installation

Use this option in case the old GX device is defective and has been replaced by a new one.

Procedure: first install the new device and make sure it is sending data to VRM. At that moment there will be two installations visible on VRM: the old and the new one. Then go to the old installation, the one that has all the historic data that you want to keep. Then go to this page, select the new VRM Portal Id from the list, and click Replace.

Now, there is a single installation again, that still has the old data and all information as sent by the new device will be added to it.

Hi I have the same problem,I change the CERBO GX of one instalation

I have the new instalattion (ID: c0619ab3b3d3) and in general settings of the the old instalatión the IDs that SHOWS is this: ID: c0619ab3b3d3 - USEDASREPLACEMENT. but shows this error

Can anybody help me to do the change?

I think you did it the wrong way around... I'll ask an expert to fix it for you. It might take a while because of the long weekend here in the Netherlands.

this morning i got this error :-(

I have the same problem as felix that the old data cannot be transferred to my new Cerbo GX. Can you please support me here.

Can you send me the VRM url of the installation that you want to keep and the VRM url of the installation of the replacement?

My new installation is : b827ebeb9540 (My new - b827ebeb9540)

My old installation was : b827ebeb9540 - USEDASREPLACEMENT (My OLD - GMC-Camper)

my new installation has only few days of data
