Ugrade throught Bluetooth to V 3.10 FAILED : Permanent display on BMV 702 : BLI.02.
No reset hardware neither software looks working. Any idea please?
Did you try to connect to it again with VictronConnect app? It should continue or restart the update again.
Thank you! Yes, I did it several times, but when the update grows after 6% sometimes, 10% 15%, 18% up to 21% suddendly it returns to 6% and after about 15 seconds message on App say that there is an hardware failure.
My opinion is that the first upgrade failed and damaged definitively the product. This is why I would like to know what is the message display signification as not listed in the >300 pages users manual.

I had the same issue with my BMV-712 updating to 4.01, got bt200 fault message and it did not help to restart the update. I installed victron connect on my tablet and that one updated without any issues.
The error code on the Apps Update is : #26

My problem was is connect with my Android CAT60 as usually which try to (fail) upgrade to 3.10
I have now connect with a samsung 7" tablett and the Victron upgrade successfully to 3.08
It was earlier 3.7.
I d not understand why, but all works now! I think I will not use my CAT60 anymore...
