Battery 712 monitor showing slightly high voltage?

Have just installed a 712 battery monitor to 12v battery bank. Voltage seems to be showing a little high?

What type of batteries do you have?

Is some kind of charger(from PV or grid) running or was running?

Thank you, yes grid was connected. As soon as I disconnected voltage dropped to 12v.

Hi yes you are correct I was still connected to the grid as soon as I disconnected from grid the voltage dropped to 12v

In that case I think the shunt isn't wired correctly.
When a charger is running you should have see a positive current/power running into the battery. But in you screenshot above there are 0A and 0W.
