Alarm On Phoenix inverter smart 24v/2000w

Inverter is brand new out of the box and just has the batters connected to the inverter. The inverter light flashes fast two times, while the alarm light flash once. i have updated the firmware using the Victron connect app. The manual states the it is an over temp alarm, yet the batters are at normal operating temperature

@Shiloh Luyt I recommend that you go through your wiring and make sure that it is all the proper gauge/proper stranding/has proper crimps/ and that all connections are securely tightened to the recommended torque range. Because a single loose connection or improper crimp or undersized cable will quickly generate heat, which increases resistance, which generates more heat etc., an improper connection or improper wiring can easily cause a temperature alarm fault in an inverter.

Somewhere to start at least; if you check all of your wiring and cannot find a fault, please post a photo of your components and wiring and perhaps a screenshot from VictronConnect and we'll see if we can diagnose the problem further with that information.
