Will it work to have Li-ion battery's for mobile use to be swapped and be recharged on an stationary charger

We build a mobile machine that works on li-ion batteries. to prevent charging times I want to buy extra batteries and load them on a stationary charger.

My concerns are that the total system will get "confused"by suddenly detect new batteries and unexpected voltages. Or is the system smart enough to handel this?

Current setup:

2 Lithium HE battery 24V/200 Ah; Lynx-ion BMS: 400A;Quattro 24/5000/120-100/100 all controlled by a Color Control GX .

Can anyone advise on this?

Thanks.

@Peter Geurts

I don't see how the system would get confused by the battery swapping. You may get weird data on the VRM if you are using it, but I dont think the system will reject the batteries.
