Lithium Battery 25.6V/200Ah - Smart bluetooth connectivity

Hi,

We have a customer with 2x Lithium Battery 25.6V/200Ah - Smart and a smartsolar MPPT. Victron connect is picking up 1 battery and the smart solar but not the 2nd battery.


Any idea what the issue could be?

Hello, have you looked to see if there are two Bluetooth lithium connections in the Bluetooth device list? The second battery may need to be connected via Other Devices. This is on the phone itself and not VictronConnect.
