In the changelog of Phoenix Smart Charger IP43 Firmware 3.31 it is mentioned that synchronized charging will be released in future versions. I own the 230V Version and there is still no firmware update available with this feature.
When will this firmware update released?

regardless any "rules" this is the worst answer I have ever heard from a "customer service".
I will share this really bad experience in my community. For your information I have returned the 230V Smart IP 43 to the dealer and have ordered the 120-240V Version. Another solution was not possible because I got no support and Victron obviously sell products with outdated firmware.
