We run a Phoenix inverter for a fridge 24/7 in the summer.
The power usage is a bit high because the inverter is on all day. I'm considering adding a timer to the remote so that the inverter starts up let's say, ten minutes per hour (when we are not at the cabin, the fridge is closed, and we have no other power usage).
I wonder if this on/off cycle of the inverter will harm it?
It is likely that it will be under load from the fridge start almost every time it cycles on.
