BMV-702 charging/discharging inversed (SOC)

Hello Supporteam,

The BMV-702 indicates that the system is charging the batteries, when it is in discharging mode.

Please find attached Screen Shots of the VRM Portal about the SOC and Device list.

Generally speaking, the most common reason for such an occurrence is the shunt being connected in reverse; that is, the battery connected to the "loads" side of the shunt and the loads and chargers being connected to the "battery" side of the shunt. Have you checked your installation to ensure that your connections are correct?
