Have low soc when off grid with two new 120 amp full river agms.Voltage on batteries showing at least 12.6 volts but soc showing 15% and lower Dealer unable to assist. Have had wiring of shunt confirmed as ok Multimeter confirms batteries as per Bms voltage Thank You Darylp
What other components are in the system? and can you post pictures of the install?

Attached shot of shunt The right cable is going to earth on battery which in turn has a separate cable to second battery
The left cable is going to earth i suspect into the body this was originally onto the negative post
The small black with yellow lug is diesel heater earth
Batteries are hard against the chassis and floor so too hard to get a photo so have drawn a picture of it wired up

In the system is two 150 watt solar panels regulated by a Instarpower 30 amp controller the 240 charger is a 40 amp Volteck
