It is always getting some power from grid

As the grid is permanently connected and because of the hardware design of the Multi RS where the AC In is almost a direct line/connection to AC Out, the Multi RS, in order to compensate for the power consumption variations and to keep grid consumption to zero, it continuously tries to fine tune it's frequency in order to be ahead, behind or exactly on the grid waveform in order to apply the Kirchhoff's circuit laws in AC domain. We are dealing here with rotating vectors (phasors), because voltages in AC circuits add as vectors, not numbers.
Now, with a variable uneven and distorted grid waveform and with, sometimes, reactive load(s) those variations appear.
Don't think you can do anything, because making the Multi RS more active and responsive to those power variations and compensations will be more stressful for all the components...

Maybe I can change em24 to VM-3P75CT in order for the system to behave faster.

This is why I still keep King 5k before Victron, which makes possible to have 0W usage, because of double AC->DC->AC conversion hardware design
Multi RS will still be listening to its internals and not to an external energy meter, because the internals are something it can rely on and much "closer to the process", not an external device that now can be there and in the next second no...
Also, King 5K, if it's an MPPSolar like inverter, has the same design as the Multi RS. The same AC In to AC Out direct connection with "mixing" of local generated AC voltage over the grid waveform. So no double conversion... :-))
In my case is up to 0.7kW per day if I don't use AC disconnect.
I believe that your 2kW from grid is because of your (country) unstable grid waveform. We all know why and feel for you and pray to God that your torment as a nation to end soon !

nope
King has Online mode, double conversion(unique design). Using it in order to bring precise 230V AC to MultiRS from unstable grid ( could be 190-240V, which is not good for me )
Aaaa... It's that range of products with 0ms transfer time, like MKX series from MPP.
This is what I see when King is in bypass mode ( no PV there, just passthrough as UPS on battery )
Looks like MultiRS is showing different data about AC in vs em24 on the same phase in front of it...
When King is in online ( AC-DC-AC) mode - it gets 0W from L3, all is expected here
You can set an AC ignore function in the settings.

When MultiRS opens a relay - VRM is not getting data from em24 meter into a system. It behaves like no AC grid meter.

I want 0 consumption when there is plenty of battery and solar

Not much i can do about that.
Usually the RS on my system draws maybe 15w.
You must have alot of reactive power in the system for it to be all over the place.
The grid set point is not editable.
How do you have your battery set to cycle?

Yeah, not editable ...the just yet - very keen to watch the product develop.
Even if you could edit it, grid quality and load and reactive power would make it interesting to keep.
The way I found to manage this is to enable Conditional AC Input
Then it ignores grid meter completely when AC is not connected
you can change gridsetpoint in ESS but it will always try to balance on grid
On multiplus - different story, true :)
