status on compatibility between Victron Connect and iPad Pro using the MK3to USB-C cable?

I am about to become a livaboard and have only iPads and iPhones going on the boat. I will need comms with my new Victron equipment. If you can provide a ballpark estimate e.g. 6 - 12 months….
