ATS in board

I have a client that already has an ATS system from his generator wire direct to his consumption board, and now wants to add Multiplus 2 connected with batteries, My question is, is this going to affect the switch over of the inverter when the power discounts and how do I solve it, must I remove the ATS from the board and connect directly to the Multiplus 2 or ask the client to upgrade to the Quattro.

Hi @leeprior, sorry to see that this wasnt answered “community”-style!

so, even though I’m sure you’ve solved this in the mean time (?), let me answer: yes, with a quattro the end result will be much better. You can configure a separate input current limit on each input, and the inverter can make for seamless transfer between inverter/generator and shore.
