Remote on/off triggers alarms phoenix inverter (potential bug)

Hi, I've a phoenix 25/500 inverter that's is started and stopped by the remote on/off controlled by relay, works as a charm!

But somehow this triggers unregular low battery voltage alarms when switching to the off state. So somehow it still throws alarms after it was asked to shutdown, but nog always.. I tried bypassing this by lowering low bat alarm voltage to 0V but I'm unable to set it below 20V. The battery has never been below 26V as other inverter and BMS don't have alarms and are monitored. And it doesn't throw it during on state so it is not a voltage sag..

Any solution in disabling this alarm or update the firmware so that the the alarm is not thrown when switching states during some transients behavior...?

Many thanks
