Orion-TR 24/48 Isolated DC-DC - Remote On/Off V(min)

I am using the Orion-TR Isolated DC-DC and would like to control the On/Off state of the device using the Remote ON/OFF function by applying a positive DC voltage to the right-most 'REMOTE' terminal.

What is the minimum voltage that can be applied to this pin to guarantee that the output will switch on?

I would like to control this with a 12V signal (common ground), but the V(min) for this pin is not specified. I'm hoping to get an absolute value (9V, for example), or a relative value (VIN - 4V, or VIN * 0.5).

Thanks!
