I have a Multiplus 2000, Cerbo GX/GX Touch, SmartShunt, Smart Solar MPPT set-up with LionEnergy LifePO4 batteries.
Both batteries are at 60% (per the meter reading on the battery).
My GX Touch doesn't show anything (see image).
What do I need to do to get it to show battery % available??

Is it a new install? Or did the shunt recently loose power? I am assuming everything is set up and programmed correctly here.
Does the smart shunt appear in the devices list on the GX?
It might need to resynchronize. See the manual.
If not under settings -system set up - check what is being used as the battery monitor for the system.
Not a new install, but opening RV for the first time.
Smart Shunt: yes, appears at list of devices.
I did notice a lot of firm updates (was able to do shunt and mppt via blue tooth, but looking for my MK3 to do the multiplus). but this shouldnt have caused the issue as when i put it to bed in teh fall is was working fine.
I'll look at resynching.
PS... have info on how to backup multiplus 2000 settings before I upgrade firmware?
