No 230V at the outlets

We have a Phoenix 12/2000/230V. The app says it’s inverting but no power is at the sockets. We had some water through a hatch which could have got into a socket. If this caused a short is there an internal fuse that could have blown And how do we fix this, thanks

Really it's a dealer job.

But you can try taking the cover off and see if anything obvious is there.
