Lynx Ion + Shunt alarm # 14

I have the following alarms regarding my lithium batteries. What is going on?

@ajvisser It indicates a cell voltage that is far too low. 2.8V (11.2V for the battery) the level at which my Victron battery will stop discharging. If you can access the battery via e.g. bluetooth, check individual cell voltages, last time it was balanced and definitely charge it.
