BYD LVL 15,4 internal failure BMS #512

System installed December 2022 worked fine till February 2024. System is 3-ph; 3 x Quattro 15; 4 x MPPT 150/100; 3 x Fronius Primo 6 wit MG50 and modbus; and 14 x BYD LVL 15,4. settings as per Victron recom. Without firmware update the system started to switch off in internal BMS fault at random moments. Since then all communication cables checked and replaced. All Victron firmware updated, BYD BMU checked, updated al BYD firmware and replaced BMU and Cerbo to rule out errors. It seems a BYD signal triggers the system to shut off. Not expected from a Victron compatible battery. Recommandations appriciated

Log a case with BYD support, they are the only ones that can assist you. Seen it once before after a bad imbalance, but their support was good.

Victron only tests the compatibility, they don't have control over use or failures of third party manufacturers.

If they are online through the BMU help is quick.

Can you see all the modules ok and online in the BMU? All at the same SOC?

There is a tool as well that they can send that allows a query of each battery. Have used it on a larger bank of lites.
