Phoenix vs Phoenix Compact

I have a Multiplus 24/800/16 inverter/charger with a 2.8KWh LiFePo battery. This works fine as a backup during mains outages (which happen frequently in our neck of the woods) and I'm considering adding a few solar panels and a solar charge controller. I also want to add an extra inverter so I can connect an additional chest freezer.

With the latter in mind I've looked at the Phoenix range, and I see that there are two options: the Phoenix 1.2kVa 1kW 12/24/48V inverter and the Phoenix Compact 1.2kVw1kW 12/24V inverter. The Compact is considerably more expensive. Yet the specs are roughly the same when it comes to electrical performance.

So what's the main difference causing the higher price for the Compact? Is it just the RS-485 interface or are there other differences that I should be aware of?
