SOC vs Voltage

I'm seeing a reading of 21% SOC at the same time as I'm seeing 13.42 V (not charging). So I'm not concerned about the health of the battery but I'd like to understand how the SOC gets recalibrated. I'm using the Victron SmartShunt and an Enduro 12v LFP battery for reference. In other products that I've used, the battery SOC resets/recalibrates to 100% upon full charge parameters met. Does anyone know if that is the same case with the Victron SmartShunt?

It resynchronizes to 100% when the charge voltage set is detected and the tail current condition is met. See here for troubleshooting.

It does seem like you have SOC drift.

Maybe share screenshots of your settings and your battery charged voltages, then we can help from there.
