Smartshunt to Color Control GX

Hi, I have a CCGX attached to a smartshunt via VE.Direct. The Smartshunt is not showing up on the device list. Any help would be appreciated.

New or old addition to the system?

Have you tried the redetect system option in the CCGX?

Have you checked the cable/tried another cable?

Thanks for the reply. The entire system is new. I didn't try another cable, and I wasn't aware of the redetect system option in the CCGX. I will try that. However, I did reboot both the smartshunt and CCGX multiple times. The CCGX is also connected to a multiplus inverter and is seeing that just fine.

has the smartshunt been powered, and or is the fuse ok

Yes, and the smartshunt is connecting via bluetooth to the victronconnect app.
