AC Out bad contact (internal issue?) on Multiplus Compact 12/1600/70

The AC out is doing bad contact and I can listen this 'burning' noise when trying to move/press the connector on the equipment. Only pressing the plug in certain direction will keep it making full contact. I've changed the AC output connector (GST18) as the L1 pin was very dark (like bunt/oxidised) and it's almost impossible to clean/sand it. It works for few days and when I've returned from the weekend, no 220v on the system and again, it intermittently provide 220v when I press the plug to the sides (and the rsrsrsrs noise of bad/contact came up again) and looking at the L1 pin of the new connector, it seems already darker than the others (just 3 or 4 days running).

It may be something related to the internal connectors. Can I check the internal AC IN/OUT connectors without teardown the whole inverter?

By the way, now I've them connected directly, bypassing the victron multiplus, and everything is ok.

Is it installed in a warm room, salty or acidous air? A farm?

By the way, do you have a "amper-clamper" voltmeter with clamp for amperes? To check the following.

The fourth picture (178 KiB): the red cable show mechanical stress by vibration and on the upper right hand corner the light-blue one shows heavy mechanical and thermal stress.

Good catch. It's a sailing boat setup. The light blue cable is the RJ45 (?) cable to the remote manual Ve.Bus Multi Control. I was now doble checking the chafing on the red cable which connect to the battery banc and I find no reason for that. It's completely in the air and nothing close.

I was now able to open the inverter and to removie the bottom only, in order to replace internal Adels-Contact's connectors and make a direct connection using regular connectors (pic1) and so far so good and everything is working: AC-in, AC-out, charger and inverter. Fingers crossed.

Already ordered new Adels-Contact connectors to replace the 14yo ones (pic2).

The picture with the yellow frame: at the right lustre strip (probably ACout) -> is there a tantal-elco or VDR between PE and L1 (brown) - is it loose?

Yes, it was originally on the Adels-Contact AC socket, same position. I just kept it on this temporary setup. It isn't loose.

In the original socket:
