Multiplus 48/5000/70 keeps shutting down

Invertor keeps shutting down as per link .... there is nothing attached to charger side ? Anyone explain ?

Hello, Please have all settings on default (by computer/VE Configure) and if the problem is still there it might be a hardware issue.
